By creating an account, browsing available coaches, booking a private or group coaching session, or otherwise accessing our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from booking any coaching sessions.

PrioPlay provides an on-demand sports coaching discovery and scheduling platform connecting athletes ("Players") with certified and background-verified sports instructors ("Coaches") across multiple sports, including Tennis, Pickleball, Badminton, Padel, Squash, Football, and Cricket.

PrioPlay facilitates the discovery, scheduling, communication, and payment processing for private (1-on-1) and group coaching sessions. PrioPlay acts as a marketplace and technology facilitator.

To access session bookings or coach tools, you must register using a valid 10-digit mobile number and authenticate via One-Time Password (OTP).

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.
• Minors under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to register and participate in sports coaching sessions.

Session Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once the player completes the checkout process and receives a confirmation notice on the platform or via registered WhatsApp/SMS.

Group Sessions: Group sessions have minimum and maximum player capacity limits. In the event that a group does not meet the minimum quota before the start time, PrioPlay reserves the right to reschedule or issue a refund.

Punctuality: Players and Coaches are expected to arrive at the designated venue at least 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be compensated or extended beyond the reserved slot.

All fees and charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit cards). PrioPlay does not store your sensitive financial data (such as card CVVs or net banking passwords).

Any split payments or group balances must be completed in accordance with the payment schedule designated on the checkout screen.

PrioPlay maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, discrimination, foul language, or abusive behavior between coaches, players, venue staff, or spectators.

All users must comply with all rules and regulations established by venue operators, including footwear, equipment guidelines, and court etiquette.

Sports training and physical exercise inherently involve physical exertion and the risk of injury. By participating in any coaching session booked through PrioPlay:

• You warrant that you (or your minor child) are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would make athletic participation hazardous.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical sports activities, including strains, sprains, falls, or equipment contact.
• PrioPlay and its coaches do not provide medical advice. Consult your physician prior to commencing any rigorous sports regimen.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrioPlay, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or attendance at coaching sessions.

All logos, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and interface code on the PrioPlay platform are the exclusive intellectual property of PrioPlay and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform material without prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.
